Math
Math will be a busy year with a multiple of concepts to cover. Fifth graders will work hard on projects and tasks that require them to draw on the skills and strategies they learned in elementary school. School work gets more difficult, and students are required to complete projects and assignments on an individual basis. I try to start every day with a warm-up math game.
