Grading
Participation and cooperation , tests, quizzes, and assignments will combine to determine each student’s grade.
Each student will begin the quarter with 35 points, which will equal 35% of his/her quarter grade toward Cooperation and Participation. Cooperation and Participation entail coming to class prepared with necessary materials, listening in silence, trying to speak in Spanish when instructed to speak, respectful attitude and behavior.
Each infraction of the above requirements will result in the loss of one point.
35% = Participation and Cooperation
25% = Tests
20% = Quizzes
20% = Assignments

A- 93-94
B+91-92
B 87-90
B- 85-86
C+83-84
C 79-82
C-77-78
D+75-76
D 72-74
D- 70-71
F 0-69
Daily homework and tests will be posted on "Homework Depot" at www.stmaryschool.net. Click on "Homework Depot "- "Specials" - "Spanish" or contact me at gmoconnor1@stmaryschool.net regarding missed assignments due to an absence. It is each student's responsibility to turn in all assigned work.
