Technology "Acceptable Use Policy" - User Agreement

 

This signed document/agreement must be on file with your Homeroom teacher before students will have technology privileges.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the St. Mary's Technology Acceptable Use Policy and I, ( print name )

Pledge to follow these rules while using the Computers/Network, Internet and Telecommunications at school.  If I break these rules I agree to the consequences.

I have read the St. Mary Technology Acceptable Use Policy and have explained to my child what is acceptable use when using school Computers/Network, Internet and Telecommunications. I also give my permission for my child to use the Internet.  I understand that student use is intended for educational purposes only.  I understand that my child will lose his/her access privileges if the rules and procedures described in the AUP are not followed.
