All St. Mary students in grade 6th- 8th are invited to attend the Student Council Dance. Admission will be $4.00, pizza and pop will be $3.00 and pop will be sold separately for $.50. We will have raffle prizes and the chances will be sold for $.25 each or 5 chances for $1.00. Prices may change.

Clothing should be appropriate for a school function. No spaghetti strap tops or shirts that show your stomach, short shirts, e.t.c. If you are not sure if you clothing will be appropriate check with Mrs. --------- before the dance. If you come to the dance inappropriately dress yo will be asked to call home for a change of clothing or be asked to leave the dance.

Mrs.----------- as well as parent chaperones will be supervising the dance. We must have one parent chaperone from each homeroom. We also need at least one male chaperone!

If students misbehave or act inappropriately they will be asked to leave and a parent must come and pick them up. Students will not be able to leave the dance until 9 p.m. unless a parent comes in to take them home. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of the dance. We will not allow them to walk home!!

Your permission slip must be returned to Mrs.------------------- by a certain date.

I give permission for my child to attend the St. Mary's Student Council Dance on . I am aware of the dress code and will provide transportation for my child. I understand that I may be called to pick up my child if she/he misbehaves or if there are dress code problems.
